Land's End to Blisland - Bodmin Jail Hotel (66 miles)

 3rd May 2022

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single pedal stroke. Beginning from the much-photographed white signpost on the tip of the Penwith Peninsula and plunging into the rolling Cornish countryside.

Today’s route finished at Bodmin Jail Hotel, sitting on the fringes of the UK’s ninth-largest protected landscape, the Cornwall Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).

111km under our belts and feeling strong! Four seasons in one day. Highlights were St Michael’s Mount and the appropriately named St Stephen’s village. Now enjoying a well earned Cornish cream tea in jail.

Still quite a long way to go 🀣
